Nice people. Terrible hotel. Would not recommend. No air conditioning. Weird poorly appointed room. Bad first night with no air conditioning and then construction at 9am.

The Crowne Plaza is a good enough airport hotel. There’s a prebookable shuttle to and from the airport and reception is pleasant and efficient. Our ground floor room had all the basics right but did have a noticeable amount of road and aircraft noise. The restaurant must double as a coffee shop because the furnishings look more like a cafe. That said, the staff were efficient and the food was better than we expected.

RIP OFF - USE BNB HOTEL ACROSS THE ROAD

After staying at the BNB Hotel which is across the road I thought I'd try the Crown Plaza on our last night before flying home. This was a big mistake. It's double the price of the BNB Hotel, Coffee is not free and parking is 8 euro. The rooms although better than the BNB Hotel are not worth double the money. The breakfast is 19 euros where the BNB is 6 euro. We went to the restaurant in the evening and ordered 2 burgers cooked medium. One was raw and the other well done. The well done burger also had a bone in it. The raw burger was returned but came back well done. They did the right thing and didn't charge us.

Good quality hotel. very good sized rooms which were very clean. Very happy with the housekeeping who did a great job and also very good customer service and prices for the quality of the hotel. would recommend to other travellers looking for mid-range hotel

Fantastic hotel close to Madrid Barajas International Airport. I am at the hotel now, the whole experience has been perfect. Excellent shuttle service, very friendly driver. Quick, efficient & friendly check in, front desk staff very friendly & helpful. Restaurant really good, food was enjoyable, restaurant/ bar waiter, again super friendly & excellent service. The room is superb, very spacious & very clean, in fact immaculate, great job Lucky. Bed & pillows super comfortable. One small negative, a really stupid idea to place large 2 white labels on bottom of the TV, makes it tough to focus on TV. Room facilities, inc tea, coffee, etc. all very good & plenty of it. Bathroom comes with bath & shower, very spacious & again all absolutely spotless. This room & this hotel are a credit to the staff & management team, great job ladies & gentlemen. This is how you run a hotel.
